The pool area was clean and surprisingly spacious, perfect for the kids to play in. Everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly, like family, and always greeted us with a smile! It made the entire stay feel warm and welcoming.

However, the room felt a bit dark, and too much disinfectant was used, creating an overwhelming smell. It would be nice if staff offered to assist with bags instead of waiting for guests to ask.

Had a good stay here! The lobby is nice, and there's a pool, but it's small and gets crowded with kids. Check-in took a little while, like 30 mins, but the bellboy was super helpful. The food at the hotel was good, but don't miss El Barbajon nearby! It's a short walk to plenty of bars and places to eat, which is awesome. The only bummer was the long check-in wait.
